It frustrates me that on Tumblr and on the internet as a whole, it’s so difficult to find pictures of wrinkles on the bodies of people who aren’t old. Young bodies have wrinkles too. They fold and curve and bounce in all kinds of places and in all kinds of ways that should be appreciated, not hidden. I will admit, sometimes I take breaks from blogging just because I get so frustrated with the non-representative photos I have to choose from, but I persevere because the occasional glimpse at something that seems to reflect real life or real possibilities is so worth it.
